Why there is no single universal price
An MT5 White Label project can differ in platform scope, infrastructure, integrations, support and operational responsibility. A useful quote therefore needs a defined architecture rather than a single headline number.
One-time implementation costs
Typical implementation work can include requirements mapping, branding, configuration, integration setup, testing and production handover. The proposal should state which tasks are fixed-fee and which are billed separately.
Recurring platform and infrastructure costs
Recurring costs may include the agreed platform service, hosting, monitoring, support and third-party components. Ask providers to separate mandatory recurring items from optional modules.
Integration costs
CRM, client cabinet, payments, KYC, reporting and data integrations can materially affect total project cost. Reusing documented interfaces can reduce implementation effort, while custom workflows generally increase it.
Connectivity costs
Liquidity and execution connectivity should be priced separately from the trading platform where appropriate. Confirm whether external connectivity, aggregation, FIX sessions or venue-specific work introduces additional fees.
Total cost of ownership
Model at least setup, monthly recurring costs, support, third-party services, internal operations and expected change requests. This produces a more useful comparison than setup price alone.
How to request a quote
Provide expected products, regions, account volumes, integrations, liquidity model, hosting preferences and support requirements. Better input produces a more comparable technical and commercial proposal.
