1. Requirements discovery
Define products, account models, user roles, integrations, connectivity, hosting, security and support requirements before configuration starts.
2. Architecture and responsibility map
Create a system diagram and RACI-style responsibility matrix covering platform, CRM, client cabinet, KYC, payments, liquidity connectivity, reporting and infrastructure.
3. Branding and platform configuration
Prepare approved brand assets and configure the agreed platform settings. Keep a controlled record of configuration decisions so test and production environments remain aligned.
4. Integrations
Connect external systems through documented interfaces and test authentication, account workflows, error handling and reconciliation.
5. Connectivity and execution testing
Validate price delivery, order flow, symbol mapping, execution behavior and failure scenarios using the broker’s intended connectivity design.
6. User acceptance testing
Run defined test cases for onboarding, account creation, deposits where applicable, trading workflows, reporting and operational permissions. Record defects and retest fixes.
7. Production launch and handover
Use a launch checklist, monitoring plan, rollback procedure and named escalation contacts. Handover should include documentation and ownership of routine operational tasks.
